yes a pinhole in a plastic container will drip drip drip slowly you can play around with different containers.

:If you want to make one, I have read something about using a waterbottle in a plastic cup. Put a small hole in the bottom of the cup near the sides. Fill the water bottle, and put it face down, cap off, in the cup. The water should drip fill the cup partway, and drip out slowly. The bottle is used to keep it full longer. You could probably experiment something similar with a pop bottle. I would think a small hole in one of it's little bump things would produce a similar effect.
:I haven't tried to make one, so I'm not sure if this info is worth much. I would buy one. A lot easier, not expensive, and they usually have a valve to control water speed.
