You should consider getting a digital humity guage. They are about 30$ Canadian, and also show temp. They are more accurate, and they also can tell you the min and max temp or humidity since your last reading. This can be useful to see if it dropped too low since you checked on her last.
Also, is her basking spot warm enough? What temp do you keep it at? Veilds are good for a basking spot of about 100-105*F (I think - you should check that out). If it is too low, than she may not be able to warm herself up enough. If she spends a lot of her time basking while keeping her dark colours ,than temp may be your problem.
