Questions about jacksons

I finished my custom cage. The final dimensions are 2W x 2D x 4H. I have a question about temperature and humidity. My daytime temps are around 77 and drop to around 72 or 73. Is this a large enough drop. The humidity stays around 45% but I can make it more with the aid of a humidifier. If I cant keep a jacksons cham I will just put one of my male veilds in the enclosure so I wont be to upset if I cant keep jax chams.
