Is the temperature in the whole cage 91 or just in the basking site or branch. They need cooler places in their cage so they can escape overheating. You need to be careful about overheating babies and juveniles. I keep my cage in the upper seventies and the basking site 88 to 95. Mine has always done the same thing but only when basking. She is about a year old now.
