Edema

What can I do for this. I got a female nosy be from a friend that, over the last week, has had her neck/upper chest swell. She seemed to show a little edema but it has gotten worse even though I am careful with dusting. I do not over do vitamins. I do herptivite 2 times a week. She still eats and drinks fine.
