Hi, my cham also went on a hunger strike, i tried to vary the food to strike his interest, i found that silkworms worked for me! Have you tried that yet???
Good Luck, hope everything works out for you!!!!
:Well, Zoe still isn't eating on his own. I don't know what's going on.
:I have seen him shoot his tongue, ONCE, and wouldn't you know it, it was at a peice of pearlite, or whatever it's called in a plant! Not even a REAL cricket! sheeeeesh!
:What's going on with my silly chameleon?!
:I have only been making sure that he is still getting water, as I never see him drink on his own...but I have not force fed him in two or three days now. He just shows NO interest in food.
:I'm trying to be careful not to fill him up with water, so that it suppresses his appetite. But at the same time I don't want to let him get dehydrated again.
:UUUUGGGGHHHHH...I just don't know what to with him!
:I don't think I was ever this concerned about how much food my KIDS were getting into them! I just figured they'd eat when they got hungry...but with Zoe it seems he's content to starve himself to death!
:Anyone have any ideas what I should do?
