Hello everyone, about a month ago I acquired a chameleon from my local zoo, they donated the chameleon, and well I volunteer at the zoo to help out, so they offered the chameleon to me and I of course said yes. Well I bought a ficus tree, and I've kept him there ever since. It turns out he's a Graceful chameleon, and the person that donated it purchased it for $35 so its for sure a WC, it does have its minor scars, its basically shades of green and brown, he's very uneasy about human presence, but he eats great, about 12-14 crickets on a hungry day, I feed him every other day, he shed three days ago and everything seems to be doing fine. Well my question is, I've heard this species of chameleons are really hard to take care of, and well I want all the advice I can get from you guys. I've kept other kinds of lizards in general ( bearded dragons, leopard geckos, moniters, etc....) chameleons never interested me because I heard there a little more demanding, and well as luck would have it. I have one now, and there kinda neat. Well anyhow any info would be helpful. thanks
