I know this will sound really negative, but the chances that this female will produce many live young is not great. Her past care will really catch up with the developing embryos and she may even pass slugs. It is kind of the manager to get her in a better situation. I would probably take her just to get her out of a bad situation and worry about babies later. If she starts passing whitish follicle type things get a vet to xray to make sure they are all expelled. For a simple way to house live babies read Ed Pollak's member setup info on www.adcham.com. He's housed baby jax for a while using modified plastic 1 gallon jars. If any survive to be 3 months or older then you could advertise them on a kingsnake or the www.chameleonjournals classified section.
