It's hard to say for certain it could be a fungus gnat larva or a tapeworm segment. If it was a fungus gnat larva or something similar I would suspect that you would see more than one. This is what leads me to suspect that it could be a tape worm segment. Tape worms drop off segments of their bodies with the stools. These essentially are the eggs. They are roughly diamond shaped and squigly when first deposited. Normally you'll only see one or two at a time.
