If you can get him outdoors in "true" sunlight even an hour at a time that will help too. Nothing is as good as the real thing, but your UVB light is a great first step. In addition to the UVB, real sunlight's intensity will stimulate him metabolically too. Check out the good quality gutloads at www.herpnutrition.com, as i think there is a specific gutload to help with MBD. Lots of good nutrition info too. Also, there are good recent articles on www.chameleonnews.com on nutrition.
