Yes, It sounds exactly like MBD.
The UVB light was the best first step. Get him as close to it as you can for 14 hours per day.
Is he still able to eat?
Are any of this arms or legs broken?
Does his spine appear broken?
How large is his cage? Try to prevent him from falling.
Does your suppliment have phosphorus in it? It doesn't need it if you are using crickets.
Go to the drugstore and buy a bottle of liquid calcium(Pharma Plus and Shoppers Drugmart both carry it). Give him 1cc per 1kg (weight of 100 grams = .1cc __ weight of 60 grams = .06cc ect.) two times daily for 2 months.
It could be about a week before you see improvement but don't give up yet.
I have been through this recently and it can be a long process but he can recover if you take the time.
