Thank you ever so much for your reply. The reason I was asking for exotic pet stores, was in the hope that they would be able to help me. I am a very keen reptile enthusiast. Here in the UK there is not much to offer in the way of herp careers or just general learning. I have travelled to Africa, Zimbabwe where I worked for 3 weeks in a snake park. I learnt a great deal there and was an excellent experience, but was looking for jobs involved with reptiles in Florida. I contacted a serpantarium in St.Clouds and I must contact them back tomorrow to see if they have any openings. I am a very motivated person and have a desire to learn more than what is available in the UK, which unfortunately is not a lot. I have been working in a reptile centre in the UK for the past 3 years and I feel that travelling and being with other people involved in the same industry is the next step for me. Reptile stores in Florida might be able to give me an idea of how I would go about getting work with reptiles there. Another reason, Why in Central Florida? That’s because my parents own a home there and would be closer to them through the minority of the year. The stay there for about 15 weeks a year.
Again thank you for your help and hope to hear from you soon.
