Thankyou for the links :) I probably wont be able to make it to Tampa however. Between my mom who refuses to drive closer than the airport, and her bf who's job desc includes driving arround the county all day also does not like to go to Tampa, and with only being on the road myself for 2 years or so, Id prolly get traumatized there ;)
I did find two reptile societies close by however, one looks like it might be a residence, and theres no web/e-mail/phone listed, but the other has the meeting day/place, and a phone number, its the Suncoast Herpetological Society. If nothing else, its a new park to visit. :)
::Check out the link below for a listing of herp societies near you. Also, I think there may be a herp expo in Tampa coming in March 2003. Good luck getting started. It's a great hobby and there's some nice people out there :)
