Contact the Freshwater Fish and Game Commission if they are truely not keeping the animals as good husbandry practices would dictate. Ofter they will intervene. We had one officer's name from Lake City and if I locate it I will contact you with it. He is very proactive in ensuring animals are provided for in captivity. Also contact the local better business bureau and see what they have to say. This is something that really agrevates me as well, just seeing reptiles not being cared for and then being sold to the unknowing public and then they have a bad experience with reptiles and think all are like the pet store.
