I was at the last club meeting and was surprised at the conflict I witnessed. Adults should be able to discuss the problems without resorting to personal attacks.
I don't know who is supposed to get what money for their services. But I know that anyone operating with other peoples money are supposed to keep detailed receipts of the expenditures.
Anyone that is unable to show exactly where the money was spent should not be a treasurer.I think if there were deficits unaccounted for before someone takes the office they should not be held responsible.
I also think having two signatures required on all club checks spent would be an excellent policy. Anyone that cannot discuss the financial problems and work to a positive resolution should not be in office. Buddy Grout.
