When Ray was appointed Newsletter Editor by Phil Averbuck, he was supposed to be doing it for free. That was the premise. No money for the Editor. Sounds like none of you knew that and the secret went away with Averbuck. Ray contorlled the purse strings and started paying himself. Things that make you go Hhhmmmmm....
