Jeff, I'm not sure I really understand your question. As far as Sunshine Laws, I'm not sure they truely apply here, because this is a private club. I can assure you though, that as long as I'm on the board, every question will be answered, if I know the answer to it. I am planning on posting some of the bylaws in my next post. Mainly the ones that apply to what happened last night. If that doesn't answer your questions please email me or post them here. Thanks, Brian
