Yes I will post this to the Boa forum as well but I know we have
some Boa enthusiasts out there in the society, so I thought I'd start here. This is my first go at a BCC breeding, courting was observed but never caught the copulation. Female has shown all indications, Pre ovulation swell, post shed, night heat conservation position, decrease in appetite, and I think I just saw the partuition waxy stool. The only thing I am not seeing is the body size difference. She was the perfect breeding size, close to 8' and nice girth without being overweight. Is it possible that she has 15 or so ready to pop out and she just hides it well? Or should I REALLY be able to see some sort of noticeable size/shape difference? Just please dont tell me that this is typical of a female carrying slugs :(
