FLORIDA REPTILE BREEDERS - PLEASE HELP! The tax collectors office told me before I could get a sales tax ID or fictitious name for selling my leopard geckos, I would need to check with the zoning office (Hernando County) about having this type of business in my home. I got a message on my answering machine this morning from the zoning office. She stated that I could not breed and sell them unless I live on agricultural land. Is this true?
