Membership Questions...

How exactly does one join the CFHS? I've been meaning to talk with Dr. Bruce (used to work with him until I had to quit due to health problems) but I haven't had a chance to bug him lately. Do I just show up at a meeting and join there? Or do I have to join first before going??
