:I dont know the exact demensions of your cage, but probably not. Heat tape in my opinion doesnt cut it. Unless you use tubs, or racks it will only serve as a secondary heating source. Think about it; in order to raise the ambient air temperature to say, 90, the floor would have to be very very hot in order to heat it up. You can only use heat tape under the cage, and it needs to breathe. I hate heat tape with a passion. Sorry if I sound biased, but pannels and pig blankets do a much better job with ambient temps. You also have to use a thermostat with heat tape. If your going to invest in that you might as well just get a Helix pannel and thermostat. But heat tape is very good with racks, though.
I dont know if I had the contention to use heat tape just trying to research it, but now that I have read about the heat panals I think I will go with those. THX> Kyle
