Kevin,
I'm sorry but Jim is right. One a day is too much.
The petstore may well have told you that one a day is not uncommon but it is much less common that crappy petstore advice.
Two days on the trot will do no harm but if you do it continually you will almost certainly kill your snake
When a snake digests a meal part of the stomach lining is absorbed as well. This needs to be reformed before the animal can healthily digest a new meal. If this isn't done the snake will probably either becomes constipated (and may prolapse), regurgitate (very stressfull and sometimes the begining of a pattern) or the food may putrify within the animal (again vomiting and possible death can follow).

::There is absolutlely no reason to feed your snake that much. How can it proparly digest all that food fast enough. You are going to end up with a fat, unhealthy snake. That will live a short life. What happened to your ball and boa? Did they die?Trust me all it needs is one appropriate sized meal every 7 days. Every 5 if you want to power feed, but every day is too much.

:No the Rosy Boa and Ball Python did NOT die.
:Thank you for your advice.
