For a 4 foot snake or smaller that will work. You will want to get something longer if the snake gets much longer itself. Most carpets are 6ft to 8ft as adults depending. Idealy you want something they can stretch out completely. But they MUST be able to stretch out 1/2 to 3/4ths their body lenth

:2'long x 2.5' wide x 3' maybe 4' high
