What is the best setup for babie jungles?

Hey My freinds jungles eggs are gonna hatch soon, and i was wandering what is the best way to keep them? I was gonna put each of them in 10 gallon tanks with a water dish and paper towels and a hide, with a heat pad under the tank. Do i need a stick for them to climb on? What is the best way to feed them and do they feed readily most the time? Another question, what should i look for in color when i choose my jcps, my freind says most drab colored one. The dad is the most vivid jcp i have ever seen even more than the one in reptiles usa, and the mom has a stripe but is more average jcp.
