Jungle with twitchy head

I have a baby jungle (4 months) and when you pick it up its sways its head left to right and sometimes even upside down non stop.Not sure if it has an illness or not?But she is eating like a pig and doesnt seem disturbed by it at all.I have had it seperate from from other snakes just in case.I have never seen a carpet display this sort of behaviour.He doesnt do this when he is in his tank, only when he sees me or i pick him up.
