Switching from Mice to Rats

Can anyone give me a few pointers on how to switch my 2 JCP02's over to rats. They are currently eating 2 adult mice weekly so I would like to switch them to thawed weined rats but I attempted tonight and they wanted nothing to do with those rats. They were not interested so any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, David
