Night Temperature Drop

I have a IJCP that I am keeping as a pet. I was told that since I am not breeding it, the temperatures can be kept the same 24 hours a day. I was wondering if this was true or not. The temps that I have it at now are about 90 degrees basking, 80-85 degrees on the hot end, and 75 degrees on the cool end. Are these temps good and can they be kept there all day and night? Thanks a lot!
