My brother is loaning me his rotozip and I just bought the acrylic sabre blades for it at Home Depot. Any other tips,tricks or web sites you can give me would be great! Thanks again.

::Thanks Bill! Do you use a special bit on the Rotozip or just the default piece? Do you finish the edges or is the finished product after the zip good enough? Sounds too easy...
:::yes it can be done. i do it all the time. i do it with a rotozip and a straight edge clamped to the work. it does leave about 1/8 inch gap but it works well. i just put a stop on the inside so the door dosn't swing in
