The Omaha Humane Society is the enforcement agency so I'm sure they'll have all the oridances on file and available for you to look. Check online to see if they have a website with downloads.

Unfortunately, this is a bad time to be in your situation given the political mood in Omaha right now.

Hopefully you'll get a new place soon.
