:I'm trying to build a plexiglass and wood cage. I'm using poplar and 1/8 inch plexiglass. The bottoms going to be all wood and sides and top(hinged) plexiglass windows. I need to know what type of sealant and varnish I can use that would be safe. I'm very inexperienced at wood working. I would appreciate any help. When I'm done I will post pic.
