I don't know of any websites like that, but I would offer a word of caution here. I'd be very careful about buying any used wooden cages or any cages made of porous materials that may be impossible to thoroughly disinfect. Used fiberglass or plastic cages may be ok if you clean them thoroughly inside and out with something like Roccal-D or a strong bleach solution. Some of the pathogens that have been known to decimate reptile collections can remain dormant in cracks and crevices for a very long period of time.
