Any idea why he used ABS for the shelves and acrylic for the sides? Is it really just for viewing?
I do know that there are solvents that will weld ABS to PVC.
I actually think that custom injection work with ABS would be the best possible product for my application. However, I've not looked into having a small run of custom work done.
