Hi,

I plugged in my boaphile "sideways" rack system into a thermostat. I placed the probe on the back wall of the middle tub. I set the thermostat to 90...it never hit 90 degrees. I than decided to disconnect the thermostat and plugged the boaphile rack directly into the wall. I placed a digital thermometer on the back wall of the middle tub. I slide the tub all the way into the rack...the temp never got above 81 degrees.

I'm I placing the probe or thermometer on the wrong area? I would greatly appreciate your help...

Thanks,

Susan P
