How many feet of heattape do I put in a fridge bator? More..

Hello, how many feet of heattape do I put in the refrigeration part of a normal refrigerator and how many feet do I put in the smaller freezer section? And also, I want to put a small fan inside to circulate the air and prevent heatspots, anyone know what kind of fan? Thanks again.
