Butterfly Agama

I have a butterfly Agama in a 25 gallon tank. It has a 150 watt heat lamp that keeps the tank 95+ all day. Is it okay to turn it off at night and let him cool down. I heard that at night it is okay to let them cool down to around 65-70 degrees. Is this true? Any suggestions
