the actuall melemine is a sprayed on product so i wouldfind it hard for them to give it the grainging pattern for wood.I think if you are reffereingto the products they sell in the HI stores that is either simulated oak, maple as in shelving ? approx 16" wide ?
if so that to my knowledge is actually a vinyl coating applied and heat / temp appllied to the Particle board / or MDF depending on the type
