I'm running my temp checks for some cages I will be moving my beardies into shortly. After about 2 1/2 hours running the heatlamp, the basking temp is 95. I'd like to get this up 5-10 degrees. Hopefully a few more hours will do that though. If not, what are the best ways to acheive this? I don't want to get a higher watt bulb, the next one up that I can find it a 250. I am running a 150. I could decrease ventilation, I guess. the top is half closed half screened. However I could not close the area over the basking spot. I have the wood to close it. I'm also thinking I could put in a second lower watt bulb. If a few hours doesn't do the trick, what would you suggest doing?
