Flexwatt and Peg board

I just run it outside the enclosure and under them. I run it down the shelves with tanks or tubs and have it on a dimmer or rheostat....tuned so the surface temp of the tape is not over 95 with my IR thermometer.
So, I guess I am not sure what your question is. If you ran it inside the enclosure I would cover it with glass or plexi. I seal all my connections with silicone sealer anyway. So that is waterproofed.
