I doubt this is really necessary but usually when one of my snakes bites me I put on h. peroxcide and Mecurochrome. Mecurochrome prevents the wound from getting infected, it even stains the skin. Be cautious of how you use this as it contains many chemicals but it does the job! There is another name for Mecurochrome but I have forgotten it.
Again, I hope your snake wound heals fast and you can regain some trust in your pet.
