I have a deppei deppei that is still not eating. She took her last meal in march and puked it up after(Her cage got too warm I messed up)I have been offering food items about every 10 days, she doesn't even seem interested. I've tried pinkies, live and thawed, and live fuzzies. This last weeeknd I took her to the vet (recommended by more than one herp petstore) and he did a cloacal(sp?) exam and couldn't find anything wrong. He said she wasn't a heavy as she should be but not grossly underweight either. He prescribed prophylactic baytril. He felt this was the least invasive course of treatment. I've been administering the meds but have begun to wonder if they are they are stressing her out too much. What do you experts think? BTW her temps fluctuate throughout the day, ranging from 70-80 degrees (warming up throughout the day)She is an 18 mo old female. She also shed about 2 weeks ago. I hope I covered all the necessary info. I hope you guys can steer me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance,
Dave
