John..........All I can say is sometimes bad things happen to good people. You can be sure that I will be talking to my insurance agent as to coverage on my animals. Thanks for the wake up call. On another note, I would get with an attorney about the fact that you had the AC unit checked out 3 weeks before this disaster. My guess is that in any state of the union, you get a 90 warranty on AC work. Hire your own inspector to find out WHY THIS HAPPENED. If this AC service person missed something, let the attorneys hash it out as to the value of your loss. YOU WILL RECOVER!.....best regards...........Steve G.
