It may be hormones, I have a 2001 female that used to pound a couple of Jumbo mice a week, when breeding season came around her appetite was supressed, I was able to get her to eat a Dwarf Hamster and small mice, she is still finicky but will start up again in no time. Do you feed live or f/t? Try giving her a small live mouse to get her attention.
:She was a year old when I got her now she is 2 and I have raised the temp and tried to feed her a smaller size food item but no luck.

:::I have a Female Jani and it has not eating since Jan 2003 she is a yearling and was eating just fine. The male I got with her has not stopped at all. I tried again last night but no luck. Thia is my 1st year with Jani's I have other types and no problems. Is this normal??? It has a warm spot about 77 and cold spot about 68. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. It was eating Rat Fuzzies before.
:::Thanks

::Tom........I would raise the temps a bit, try a range between 75 and 82. You might try a smaller sized food item to get her jump started. How old is this snake?
