Congrats, glad to hear you had a happy ending with the lost gopher. I have not lost any gophers yet, knock on wood, but did loose a boa several years ago and found it after 6 or 7 months. I was amazed. Have a good one,
Gregg F.

:i bought him at the ky. reptile expo around october or november.. a month later he split. i didn't snap the lid down tight enough. we looked and looked everywhere for weeks and even put out a mouse bait, but never a sign of him. yesterday when i got home from work, my husband was sitting on a chair facing the side of the entertainment, which was halfway pulled out w/ playstation2 box sitting at the other end barring any possible dash for freedom by the snake. he told me that he 'had Dangerfield cornered' beneath the entertainment center!! despite my lack-of-caffeine headache i converted to 'stealth seek' mode. my husband leaned the entertainment center forward and i reached under it to retrieve my lost snake. He bit me as i grabbed for him, but i pulled him out and placed him back in his tank while he was hissing with all his might LoL! despite his disappearance, he loooked surprisingly good, just a little soft at the edges. after a few days of letting him re-acclimate, i will get him out for a thorough inspection. but right now, he's a little miffed LoL.
:i am SO psyched to have my 'Danger' home again! i can't believe we found him! just thought i would spread some cheer and hope :D
