Thought I'd share a picture of a Northern Pine that John Meltzer owns. He's the father to my younger pair of Northerns. Pretty boy! I'm really happy with how the younger pair has turned out. Gosh, I had the older pair for a year and they were screamers, so when I came to John's place the next fall and saw babies again, I thought, gee, they don't compare... But John knew full well the mistake I was making in comparing the little babies to the older snakes. And he talked me into taking them or I'd regret it. I regret even considering not taking them that day! Geez have they turned out nice! Love my pines! Anyhow, enjoy the picture and a bit of a view of the famous John Meltzer basement of herps!
And oh yeah, that's me holding the male Pine.
