myself. Maybe not this year, but i'm sure I will experiment one day just to see if there is something better than the perlite i'm using. And i agree the incubator is the largest factor. Have a good one,

:Look at Greggs post! If I where you, I would experiment a little bit! Why not do one vermiculite, one perlite, and one 50-50 mix. Then you will know what you like best! I have found more of it is the incubater than the substrate.
