Are any of these snakes breeding? Also, how far away is the light to the bottom of the cage? I would make a nice spot where the snake can rest about 4-5 inches away from the light. You want the temp about 85-90 degrees in the hot spot. This will provide a nice spot for the snake to bask and digest. Why not switch to a ceramic heater or a red bulb so that it can stay on 24 hours a day? Ususally the temps in the house drop at night enough already.
Lastly, buy a non contact thermometer. You can pick them up at radioshack or Pro Exotics. They are only $45 or so. You will honestly wonder how you did without it. You will be quite surprised what you temps actually are.
