:No difference in care between the two really. One thing that is different would be temperament. Cali's tend to be more nervous as babies but around 8-12 months of age they usually mellow out a lot and move very little while being held. Corn snakes are calmer as babies and stay calm all their lives, but while handling them they just want to go go go. Both are around the same price range too. I think you should get both :).
