What is wrong with earthworms and slugs?? That is the natural prey item for the dekays. I have kept them before and have had them thrive on earthworms. They will not eat hardbodied insects and will be very reluctant to eat anything other than earthworms or slugs. Just feed them earthworms, they dont need any extra calcium supplement or anything added to the worms. I have even had a pair produce babies and raised them to a fairly decent size before releasing them where the adults were caught. And I fed them nothing but earthworms.
