caging and heating for an adult boa

I am new to this site, if anyone could help me that would be great. i am purchasing a cage for an adult red tail. i bought a 75 gallon tank. to heat it i am going to put a large under the tank heater under one side and three ceramic heaters on top ranging from 250 watts to 100 watts. I would like to know if the tank is going to be big enough to house an adult boa and if you think that will be enough heat. any advise would be appreciated.
