::Great advice! Thanks, Snakes.

:
:make sue you positive its captive bred, unless you will be running back and forth to the vet and treating it for parasites and can get very expensive, most of the green tree pythons i have are very tame and can be handled. i don't like to handle them often , however they are tame enough so if they had a shedding problem i can help without being bitten. try to stay away from buying an adult gtp unless your sure its tame, its a lot more enjoyable to buy a yearling(make sure its eating) and one with some size to it, that you can watch change from yellow or red to green. they are alot eadier to tame then buying an adult that is a little agressive. Emerald tree boas,i find to be a little more unpredictable,(ADULTS) and a little more agressive that gtp's, however there are exceptions, you should read up on them first becaus ethey are a little more maintenance then other snakes such as keepings kings, corns the tank has to be humid enough especially when shedding, they must be misted, and kept warm

:I can't decide on which one to get. What are the differences between them? Do they make good pets? Thanks.
